This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa is set in its own grounds with private driveway and lockable gates. We have furnished the villa in a contemporary style that complements the quality and finish of the property. There are three double/twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and all have the option of 1 Kingsize bed or 2 singles per room. Our standard configuration for the bedrooms is for the master bedroom to be made up with a Kingsize double, with the other two rooms as singles (as per the photos). If your requirements are different to our standard layout, please let us know when you book and we will be happy to make alterations. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite with bath, shower, WC and bidet).

The villa has a private roof top solarium with dining table and chairs, enjoying a 270 degree view of the local towns and villages, with the Orihuela mountains in the distance: a range of sun lounges and reclining chairs are also provided. There is also a built in BBQ on the solarium allowing you the opportunity to enjoy the full al-fresco dining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, digital ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also provided in the utility area, which also houses the electric hot water boiler. A full set of linen and towels are provided for our guests use - although please bring your own beach towels!

The villa is set in its own spacious fenced grounds with a private driveway and lockable gates. It is protected by an alarm system and there is a good sized safe provided for our guests use. A twin retractable washing line is also available in the garden area. A selection of indoor & outdoor toys are available in the villa.

The villa is located in the most recently developed part of La Marina and forms part of a new development of 12 properties with a large totally secure 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool available only to residents and guest of the 12 private properties. A lockable gate in the rear garden provides direct access to the pool area, and the pool is visible from the roof terrace/solarium. The property is equipped with a selection of sun lounges and reclining chairs that can be used around the pool or on the sun terraces & solarium.

Instant booking confirmation with a 24 hour reservation period is available for this villa to allow you to book both your flights and accommodation simultaneously, if required. Our standard payment method is Credit/Debit card. However, if you prefer to pay by other means, e.g. Cash/Cheque, please send us a message when making your reservation.

Please note that all bookings for this property include a "Meet & Greet" service, allowing you to head straight to the villa where one of our property managers will meet you to hand over the keys and show you around. All of our rates are fully inclusive of all utilities (Gas & Water), UK Satellite TV, Laundry & Cleaning, and our popular meet & greet key handover service. There are NO extras to pay.

Conditions & Options:

Strictly no smoking inside the Villa.
A well-behaved dog is allowed.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required per booking (can be via credit card pre-approval), to be refunded within 7 days after your departure from the villa (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 30 days before your stay.
