WANTED Long term rental

Recently retired couple with decent pensions require 12 month (or more) rental property in LA MARINA, Dolores, Catral, Almoradi, Quesada or North Torrevieja area.

We would prefer UNFURNISHED with extra storage space such as an underbuild or secure garage.
Detached or semi., but NOT terraced. Private pool not essential but a communal pool would be nice. Would like off street parking for at least one car (preferably 2)
Bit of garden would be good, but we will take on and tame a jungle if the rent is attractive.
