The picturesque communal gardens feature 2 communal swimming pools (with sun loungers available for hire), a tennis court (available for hire together with racquets and balls) grass area for sunbathing and a café bar with terrace and pool table .

Bed linen and towels are provided however please bring beach towels.

Ideally located within 15 minutes walking distance to Benalmadena marina, beach and promenade.

Saltillo Alto is within easy walking distance to shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, discos, banks, the train station and excellent bus service. Malaga airport is only a 10 minute drive or approx 10 minutes by train.

Booking.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the rental period together with a £100 holding deposit, which will be refunded upon safe return of the keys and a satisfactory studio check.

1st April until June 30th -175 euros per week.
Ist July until 14th September - 200 euros per week.
15th September until October 31st - 175 euros per week.
1st November until December 20th - 135 euros per week.
21st December until 7th January - 175 euros per week
