VILLA superbly situated, only five minutes drive from the charming andalusian village of Mijas Pueblo, one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain and ten minutes from the nearest beaches and vibrant nightlife of Fuengirola and Benalmadena.

Villa Aquamarina with its four double bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people, and is an excellent choice for families as it is child friendly. There is a spacious lounge with split-level dining area and fireplace, and sliding doors lead you out to a pretty covered terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday an enjoyable one. The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a heating system.

Villa Aquamarina is located in the gated urbanisation of Buena Vista, only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and 5 minutes' drive away you will find El Higueron with its supermarket, cafés, restaurants and bank. It has a splendid west facing terrace with pegola, ideal for BBQs, another arched and covered veranda, and a very private roof terrace with excellent mountain and sea views. From all terraces you can descend to the garden with its level lawn, perfect for sunbathing or for children to play on and to the private pool which has a separate section for young children.

The bedrooms are all double bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, the Master having both a full bath and walk in shower cubicle. There is a twin bedded room, perfect for children, and the fourth bedroom has a double sofa bed. Access to the pool and garden area is protected with railings ensuring young children cannot access the pool on their own.

Free wi-fi internet is provided and there is a telephone land line on which you are able to receive calls. There is parking for several cars in the gated driveway. Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stay, although this can be provided at cost if required. Please note a Damage deposit of 400 Euros is required. Sorry but the owners do not accept pets. Change over day is Saturday - there may be some flexibility in this during low season dates. Check out time is 10 .00 hours and arrival time hours. Please bring your beach towels with you.
