The accommodation is spacious comprising ground floor entrance porch, hall, ´L´ shaped open plan living/dining room with flat screen Sat TV & feature fireplace. Patio doors leading to the sun terrace & pool area. Fully fitted kitchen & bathroom.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom & full bathroom with power massage shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes & Sat TV. Both double bedrooms have A/C & access to the balcony terrace with sea & mountain views.

The lower level comprises a lounge/TV room, a double bedroom & 2 twin bedrooms. Fitted bathroom & laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer & chest-freezer.

Outside there is a superb private swimming pool, terrace lounge area, sun terrace with loungers & parasols. BBQ & ample dining facilities.

Features include, internet access, air conditioning to both upper double bedrooms & solar powered hot water. Sat/Cable TV with English channels in most bedrooms & both lounges, DVD players. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, full oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.

I´m speechless. It was absolutely perfect, the rooms, the gardens, the pool, the beds, the showers... I mean everything was perfect.

After a horribly delayed flight we finally arrived at this Villa, and it was worth the wait. Beautifully decorated and obviously loved by it´s owners it was a home away from home, with added luxuries and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I could not recommend it highly enough.
