The community is also lovely, with nicely kept gardens, gated and thus very secure and a nice swimming pool. There are actually 3 swimming pools (all identical) on the community, so they are never too crowded even in Summer.

Parking is easy with underground garage parking space and then lift access up to the apartment.

The beach and all amenities are a short walk away. The closest beach is 800 metres away and so just 10 mins walk. It is a hill (not too bad) but should be noted for older or disabled guests. Mercadona supermarket, which is the cheap local supermarket of choice for residents too, is just 350 metres away or 3-4 minutes walk. There are also a few restaurants in the same area meaning you have all amenities you need within walking distance!

The airport is just 20 minutes drive away. The nearest train station (on the line linked directly to the airport) is in Torremuelle which is around 20-25 minutes walk (or 4-5 minute taxi ride). The bus route is also running parallel and close to the beach, 10 minutes walk away (which easily takes you to either Benalmadena or Fuengirola).
