3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Detached Villa in Ciudad Quesada (Spain - Costa Blanca south of Alicante) is now available for holiday lets.

There are three double bedrooms (one with twin beds and two with king size doubles) and two bathrooms. There are also two sofas which can convert into beds.

There is a large sun terrace with views of salt lakes and a communal pool.

The villa is about 15/20 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in town and 5 minutes from the Country Club. Beautiful beaches and night life at Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive.

There is also the Aqua Splash water park within walking distance with a great selection of slides and pools. The top of the biggest slide offers fantastic views of the region and in the distance you can see the azure blue Mediterranean Sea.

La Marquesa Golf course is less than 5 minutes drive and there are many other local championship golf courses to choose from with Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar being the closest.

Another interesting place to visit is the Natural Park which includes the salt lagoons of La Mata and Torrevieja. Now a protected area, the Parque Natural de La Mata y Torrevieja is an important area for bird life and there is a lovely shaded picnic area.

Holiday Let prices start at £299 Per Week which includes electric, water, British Freeview TV and WiFi. villa (plus a payment of 80 euros to the key-holder on arrival, this covers meeting you with the keys at the villa, the changeover cleaning, laundry, etc.)

A £50 Deposit will be required with the booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before departure. (Payable either by cheque, cash, or PayPal).
