The BuenaVista area is well protected and situated far from the noisy tourist areas and highways, still close enough, so that the Mediterranean shore and the nearby towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena are reached by car in 15-20 minutes. There is a fabulous view to the sea and the mountains. At night you see the lights of both Mijas andFuengirola 300 meters below and Mijas 100 meters higher. The airport is reached within 15 minutes and Malaga within 25.

The villa itself is accessed via a short driveway leading from the road and is fully enclosed. There is a front patio then the villa itself comprises on the ground floor: entrance hallway and Guest Cloakroom, spacious lounge with fireplace and patio doors leading to exterior. There is an open plan separate dining area and kitchen, fully fitted with granite worktops.
