This spacious apartment is located on the first floor with lift access. All the rooms have high ceilings making it naturally cooler in the hot summer months and making it light and airy. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 6 guests. There is a television receiving SKY free to air channels, a 6 seater dining table, and radio and CD player with wall speakers.

The lounge has patio doors leading out to a particularly large terrace equipped with patio table and chairs. The terrace measuring 33,84 M2 enjoys morning sun and provides shade in the afternoon and evenings.

There are 2 double bedrooms, the Master bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with 2 separate wash basins. The second bedroom also has twin beds and has use of the family bathroom. Both bathrooms have baths with shower attachments.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus kettle and toaster. There is an iron and ironing board in the utility cupboard.

The apartment enjoys the use of the 2 large communal swimming pools set in sun bathing terraces and gardens, while there is a separate children's pool. The grounds are very well maintained and there is a bar serving drinks and hot and cold snacks during the summer months. There is secure parking in the grounds of the complex.

The property is only 3 minutes' walk to Torrequebrada beach (please note if you have very young children with you that there are a good number of steps leading down from road level to the beach itself). This beach is one of the very best in the area where snorkelling can be enjoyed.

Within 2 minutes' walk of the apartment you will find a large supermarket, and there are bars and restaurants to enjoy meals out all within easy reach.

This is a great holiday property for holidaymakers who want a family holiday, or for groups of friends. Buses run along the coast between Marbella and Malaga.
